Our facility offers 24/7 access, so you can retrieve your belongings at a time that works for you. Office hours at Summit Realty South West are 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
Yes, we use advanced security systems including 24/7 CCTV surveillance, secure access gates, and well-lit premises to ensure safety.
Our facility is conveniently located at 4 Piggott Drive, Australind, WA 6233, just near the Treendale Shopping Centre.

Moving and Packing

We recommend using sturdy boxes, bubble wrap, and packing tape to protect your items. Label boxes for easy organisation.
Wrap each item individually in bubble wrap, and place them in sturdy boxes with padding to prevent movement during transport and storage.
Yes, disassemble heavy furniture where possible and place it toward the back of your unit. Ensure it is on an even surface to prevent warping. Use protective covers to prevent staining or dust buildup.
Stack items vertically, use uniform box sizes, and fill empty spaces in boxes to avoid shifting during access. Place heavier items at the bottom, and have labels facing toward the entrance.
